Ryan P. Roach is from Vestal, NY. He attended Purchase College for his undergraduate studies.  There he was a member of the Men’s Varsity soccer team.  He then traveled south to New Orleans receiving his Master’s Degree in Cell and Molecular Biology from Tulane University.  He subsequently attended Tulane University School of Medicine.  He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at NYU Orthopedic Hospital in New York City.  Currently, he is training as an orthopedic sports medicine fellow at the American Sports Medicine Institute in Birmingham under the leadership of Drs. Andrews, Cain, Dugas, and Emblom.  In his free time, Dr. Roach enjoys sports including golf and soccer, eating and cooking as well as traveling.
