In
his second year as a member of The University of West Alabama Athletic Training
and Sports Medicine Staff, Robbie serves as the coordinator of the athletic
training outreach program for the secondary schools within the UWA service area.
The program aims to improve the evaluation, treatment, management,
rehabilitation, and referral of injuries and illnesses by working with
administrators, coaches and local health care providers to increase the level
and availability of athletic training services within the schools.
Robbie began his athletic training career at Henderson State University, a CAATE
accredited athletic training education program, where he received a Bachelor of
Science degree in Athletic Training in May 2009. Following this experience,
Robbie took to the University of Arkansas, where he served as a graduate
assistant athletic trainer while receiving a Master of Science degree in
Exercise Science in May 2011.
Robbie and his wife, Tember, reside here in Livingston. He enjoys fishing,
hunting, and playing sports during his free time.
