Emily Galloway, ATC
Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer

Emily Galloway, ATCEmily Galloway is in her second year as a graduate assistant at UWA. She will be pursuing a M.S. in Physical Education with a concentration in Athletic Training. In May 2018, she graduated from Ohio University with a B.S. in Athletic Training. During her time at OU she worked with their NCAA Division I women’s basketball, field hockey and football programs. She also served as an athletic training student at several local high schools in Ohio and West Virginia. Following her graduation, Emily began working as an intern athletic trainer at Presbyterian College (SC). While at PC, she served as the primary athletic trainer for their Division I women’s basketball, womens cross country and acrobatics & tumbling programs. At UWA, she is the primary athletic trainer for the women’s basketball team.

Emily earned her national certification as an athletic trainer in 2018. She is Graston M-1 Technique certified and a certified Corrective Exercise Specialist. She is a member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association and licensed to practice in the state of Alabama.
