Horace C. Hunt Award

The Horace C. Hunt Award was established by the Gainesville Supper Club in 1987 in memory of Dr. Horace C. Hunt. This award is presented annually to the most outstanding student athletic trainer at the University of West Alabama.

The Clemit & Vicki Spruiell Athletic Training Scholarship was established in 2007 by L.G. and Sara Cunningham and Clemit and Vicki Spruiell to enhance the educational opportunities for Athletic Training majors sophomore and above with a 3.00 GPA or higher in overall and Athletic Training Major course work
