Jared Wheatley begins his third year at the University of West Alabama as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer for the men’s soccer team. For the previous two years, he worked with the rodeo and tennis teams. In May 2017, Jared Wheatley graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a B.S. in Athletic Training. As a student, Jared gained experience in local high schools, where he worked with football, basketball, soccer, track and field, baseball, and softball. He also worked with EKU’s football and men’s basketball teams along with various sports at Berea College.
